Windows10 Rubberband Problem

I've discovered a problem using RTM_Layout on Windows 10. This problem surfaces when you set win10 screen-view size larger than the "recommended" 100%. If you choose a larger setting (say 125%), the RubberBand selection feature of RTM_Layout is thrown way off.

I'll update this post later with a picture or two to illustrate the problem. For now, please be aware this software won't run correctly on Win10 if you set it for display rendering above 100%.

I hope to find a solution to this problem.
